Practice the new work of AI: framing and directing intelligence to amplify you.
Berkeley and IE University students build together across two cohorts in parallel sessions. Students move from idea to working project while learning how to collaborate with AI systems across disciplines.
Course at a glance
Built for students across every major.
This is not a tools course. Students only need interest in AI and familiarity with it. Coding skills can be helpful for some projects, but they are not required.
Mindset
Learn what you are for when working with AI, and how to choose the right role for human judgment.
Build
Develop an AI-powered venture, research project, or media art project with a clear demo goal.
Showcase
Finish with a project artifact students can discuss in career interviews and share on a CV.
Two cohorts together
Two cohorts together in parallel sessions, limited to 20 spots per campus.
Berkeley and IE students share a parallel experience while following cohort-specific syllabi for enrollment, credit, and certification.
